President & Founder

A graduate of IGS, Lucille spent 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry in Sales and Marketing management roles. She has been carrying out hunting missions since 2001 in the Health, Biotechnologies, Dermo-Cosmetics, Retail, Service Companies and New Economy sectors. She founded the “Women at the Heart of the Councils” department of the firm, the objective of which is to feminize the governance and executive committees of companies. She also chairs the IWF network in France (International Women’s Forum) – and in this capacity, leads numerous conferences on gender.

Graduated with a master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, after a first experience in the industrial environment, Laetitia becomes a manager in the Retail sector for 8 years while conducting research and hunting missions during 3 years. In September 2017, she definitely joined the firm to develop hunting missions, particularly in the areas of Wealth Management, Fintechs, Industry, Renewable Energies and Distribution.

Holder of a BTS in Visual Communication specializing in Graphic Arts, Ludivine started out as a press officer in offices specializing in the areas of “Gastronomy-Spirits-Fashion-Beauty”, with a client portfolio of chefs and prestigious Houses, before training in Community Management and joining the Leyders Associates team in October 2016. She is also an Office Manager and recently, a Project Manager specializing in the “Governance Training” Offer.

For 11 years, Alex H trained in Caycedian Sophrology, Relaxation, Ericssonian hypnosis, Sophro-Analysis and various brief therapies, more specifically Brainspotting (psycho-trauma).

In 2016, she successfully completed her university degree in “Psychotherapies” at the Paris Saint-Anne Hospital.

Since the opening of her medical practice, she has developed her own approach using these different tools focussing mainly on stress and fear management, anxiety, insomnia, phobias, panic attacks, physical pain , burnout, depression and the deprogramming of anchors and limiting beliefs.
