- The identification, approach, evaluation and selection of a short-list of candidates takes about 4 to 6 weeks
- The 360° method of references brings a real added value to the qualification of the candidates. We also can use evaluation tests. Our participation to the negotiation of final contractual conditions drives to the successful end of the assignment
- The Consultant follows the candidate, generally during the first year.
The 360° is a tool for personal development which allows someone to check his
management skills (or relationship skills). It is based on a hand made questionary, depending on the context of the evaluation (recruitment, management improving, behavior...). This questionary is filled by the “candidate” and by people he has chosen himself in his professional environment (managers, colleagues, staff, clients, suppliers...).
We anonymously analyse the answers and give a feed-back to the “candidate” in a face to face debriefing, in order to make a point on his acquired skills, the one to improve, and help him on the road to personal development.

Michel Dumont used to work for 15 years in this business, from the position of Private Banker to CEO of a specialized firm of the Paribas group, Kléber Finance.
He wrote a book about this market he knows perfectly, « History and Market of Wealth Management » and drives about 30 assignments per year for different clients: French and foreign specialized banks, Financial Networks, internal Private Banks belonging to large retail banks, Asset Management firms with Wealth management department, Family Offices, Financial Planners and Insurance Life companies.
